Quote Suite is an invoicing and quoting app for construction and trade businesses, built by Aiva Solutions Pvt Ltd. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it's handled. Quote Suite is built offline-first: almost everything you enter stays on your own device, and nothing leaves it unless a feature explicitly requires it (and in most cases, that feature is optional).
Your business profile, clients, catalog items, invoices, quotations, income and expense records are stored locally on your device (in the app's own private storage). We do not have access to this data unless you use one of the optional features below that explicitly sends it somewhere.
Your sign-in PIN is never stored in plain text — it's hashed before it's saved, even locally.
If you're on the Business plan and enable automatic cloud backup, a copy of your business data is uploaded to our backend (a Cloudflare Workers service we operate) keyed by your business email address, so it can be restored if you lose or switch devices. This is one-way backup and restore — not live sync — and it's off by default unless you're on that plan. You can request deletion of your cloud backup at any time (see Contact below).
Subscribing to a paid plan sends your business email, the plan you chose, and (for EcoCash/OneMoney payment) the phone number to charge, to our backend, which forwards the payment request to Paynow (paynow.co.zw), a licensed Zimbabwean payment gateway. Your card details or mobile money PIN are entered directly with Paynow (or your mobile network) — we never see or store them. We only store which plan is active on your account and until when.
If you use "Message client" to send an invoice or a payment reminder, Quote Suite hands the client's phone number/email and the message off to WhatsApp or your device's own email app to send — the same as if you'd copied and pasted it yourself. Quote Suite's own servers are not involved in sending these messages.
Quote Suite does not access your contacts, location, or microphone for any feature, even where the underlying app platform declares those permissions are available.
Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored data immediately. If you've used cloud backup (Business plan), email us at the address below to request deletion of that backup from our servers.
Quote Suite is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.
If how Quote Suite handles data changes, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
